This term is finally over. I passed all my classes, but I feel like a piece of shit for how crappy I did in two of them. For those of you who don't know, to pass a class at Kettering you have to have a 70 or better in the class. I got 2 grades around 75. The crappy part about it is that most of it had to do with the teachers. One teacher couldn't even speak english or understand it any better than my little sister. The other one only teaches well half of the term after half of her class drops.

Anyhow, finals are done.

No big plans now until I leave for Iowa on wednesday.

THINGS TO DO IN A FINAL EXAM (courtesy of Tamara)
-Bring a pillow and fall asleep.
-Read all the questions out loud and then debate the answers with yourself out loud.
-Bring a GameBoy and play with the volume at max.
Do the exam in crayon.
Come to the exam in slippers, a bathrobe, a towel on your head and nothing else.
-As soon as you get the exam paper, eat it!.
-Every five minutes stand up, collect all your things, move to another table and carry on with the exam.
-Every twenty minutes stand up, throw the paper on the floor, shout "FUCK THIS!!", pick the paper up again and carry on with the exam.

Heading back to Iowa next wednesday...looking forward to the relaxation...not looking forward to getting up for work at 6 every morning

Last week of school

So this week is the last full week of school. I have/had a test in every class this week. It really doesn't make any sense because finals are next week. Anyways, I have 2 down and 3 to go. I kicked ass on my physics 2 test with a 93%. Not sure how i did on my phys 2 lab practical, but i'm pretty sure it went well. As for the other 3 tests, they're the ones I'm worried about, except for my statics one. It's tomorrow...shouldn't be too bad. The calc 3 and humanities test are over a lot of material, so i'm kinda worried about them.

I am looking forward to friday though...going out with a few friends to dinner then to that new movie where that dude falls in love with that ghost girl...can't remember the name of it.

So since school term is coming to an end i'm going to end up back in iowa in about a week. It'll be nice just becaue I won't have to worry about homework or any other responsibilities for the most part. The downside is being away from most of my friends and being in a small town where nothing happens in the winter. My roommates and I are going to have to find some parties or something.

I plan on going home for thanksgiving. I can't wait...I'll get to see my family...which i haven't seen since Christmas. I'll also get to see Whitney for the first time in about 10 years or something crazy like that. I can't wait!

For all of my friends that are just starting the semester...good luck. For those of you in phys 2 or any class like that...I mean it!! Or at least be glad you have a good teacher if it's easy for you.

September 11th folks

Pay your respect! I love this country to death and will never forget that day. Show your support for everyone that was affected by that awful day and also to the on going problems created by hurricane katrina.

On another note, I'm going to be back in iowa in a little over two weeks...looking forward to no more homework and worries. It should be nice. When I get back get ready to see a lean Clint...I plan on working out as much as possible when I get back out there!

Labor Day Weekend...

What a great weekend...I haven't been able to relax and sleep like I did this weekend in a long time. I didn't have much homework, so I saved that for today. The rest of the weekend I just chilled watching movies, hanging out with my roommate and talking to people online. Met some cool people back in iowa off of myspace..one of them is in debate. Hopefully I can get in there and judge or maybe help the team out.

Whitney called me thanking me for the little gift I gave her out of the blue. She's a good friend and she's been under a lot of stress lately so I decided to buy her a gift certificate for a massage at a spa near her place.

Got some new music over the weekend...gotta love the new stuff coming out lately. Taproot, Trapt, Rihanna, etc. Some of the stuff is pretty good.

Mind of Mencia on comedy central is funny as hell...I recommend checking it out

People who are bitching about racism or what have you because of the hurricane need to shut your mouths and stop causing divide in america and start focusing on helping the people that are in trouble out!

I've got some homework and chores to do...
